Shipping and Returns
Boston Organ and Piano prices all include shipping. For shipping
outside of the United States please contact us at info@shopatbop.com
or 508-655-1550.
For most products we ship directly from our suppliers to you.
With such low overhead we can keep the cost of our products low.
Products ship within 3 to 5 business days, with these exceptions:
- Piano software ships in 5 to 7 days.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock or is custom-made, it will take longer.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES
Boston Organ and Piano is proud of the quality of the
products we offer. HOWEVER, WE WANT OUR CUSTOMERS TO FEEL COMFORTABLE RETURNING
ITEMS IF THEY ARE NOT EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED. THEREFORE, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND OR EXCHANGES IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER...
ALL return shipping and handling costs are the customer’s
responsibility. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, you
must immediately contact the carrier and arrange for an inspection of the carton
and its contents.
Please note: A restocking fee is charged to our customers
only if Boston Organ and Piano is charged by the manufacturer of the product
being returned.
How to return an item:
Returns and Exchanges must be received by us no later than
21 (twenty-one) days of the original shipping date, in undamaged and "new"
condition, returned in the original packaging, along with all hardware, parts,
instructions and the packing slip. Send an email to Customer Service explaining
the reason for your return, and you will be provided with a 'Return Authorization
Number' (RAN) that is to be printed on the outside of the box, along with the
details and address of where to return the item. Returns & exchanges are
not accepted without this RAN. If you wish to exchange an item for a different
size, color or style etc., your new item will be treated as a new order, and
you will receive a refund for your returned item.
Please pack returned items carefully: Items returned with
scratches, marks, nicks or tears will not be accepted.
Refunds:
In order to receive your refund the returned item must be
received by us within the time PERIOD listed above. All credits are processed
in the same manner as the original payment for the purchase, and you will receive
a credit memo by email when the credit has been processed. Please Allow 1 to
2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You will receive a refund for the amount of the returned item,
less a restocking fee* IF APPLICABLE.
*You will be notified of the amount of the restocking fee,
IF ANY, when you are provided with the RMA number. Please note that this charge
will equal the fee that the manufacturer of the product being returned is
charging Boston Organ and Piano.
Special Exceptions - NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO custom-made
Benches, custom-made piano casters and custom-made Covers and Cushions. These
items are non-returnable, however, they may be exchanged if they are defective
or are damaged in shipping. NON-RETURNABLE ORDERED ITEMS WILL BE IDENTIFIED
AS SUCH VIA EMAIL BEFORE BOSTON ORGAN & PIANO PROCESSES
YOUR ORDER.
Paul Jansen products such as benches and furniture, in hi-polish
sheen are considered custom made unless the the finish color is ebony. All
satin sheen benches, in any finish color, are not considered to be custom made,
and therefore, can be exchanged.
Please insure all returned items. We cannot assume responsibility
for returned items that are broken or lost in transit. Shipping companies require
that you retain original packing, cartons and freight bills for their inspection.
